NASA: Mayan Doomsday Prophecy Not Proven

U.S. Space Agency and Flight, NASA re-stated that the world will not end on December 21, 2012. But certainly the turning point of the Sun will occur. Like what?

One month before the end of the world Mayan version on December 21, 2012, NASA again provide a scientific explanation for denying it.

In its official website, NASA said the world will not end on December 21, 2012. But certainly the turning point of the Sun will occur.

According to the ancient Mayan calendar, the turning point of the Sun in the year 2012 will mark the end of the cycle 144 thousand a day. This cycle was repeated 12 times and the 13th will fall in 2012. Mentioned at this point that the world will reach the end.

But reaffirmed by NASA, the end of the Maya calendar calculations on that date, as compared to normal immediately following calculations on Dec. 31.

"Just as the calendar you have on the wall that there is no date after December 31, The Mayan calendar is no longer date after December 21, 2012," NASA explained.

The story of the Maya apocalypse starts when there is a developing story about a planet called Nibiru will crash into the Earth. The collision is predicted to occur in 2003.

But when there is no any disaster that occurred in 2003, the prediction was changed to 2012. Then linked to the cycle of the Maya calendar calculations and the turning point the Sun 2012. Until finally came the date of the claim that the apocalypse will happen on December 21, 2012.

According to NASA, Nibiru and the stories around it is only a mere internet hoax. It is something ridiculous, because the planet does not exist and never existed. Just as parts of the false imagination of scientists who are not even bothered by the lack of evidence.
